What we learned from this: You can only organize as much as a person allows. This client was GREAT with letting us just go in and get rid of non-useful things. We even added a bit to her yard sale selection, but without that consent from her it would have been a hastle to try and find a place for every item in there.
We also learned that we are huge fans of storage bins to help organize things. Even if you don't have a lot of funds things like shoe boxes are great when labeled.
